Terms of service

1. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy

An order is considered confirmed only after a minimum payment of 50% of the total order amount has been received.

Orders that do not meet the 50% advance payment requirement will not be processed.

The remaining balance (final 50%) must be paid directly to the brand through the approved payment channels before delivery.

Payments made to the delivery company or delivery personnel will not be recognized as valid payments and will be considered unpaid within the system.

The order remains the property of the brand until the full payment has been completed.

No returns or refunds will be accepted if urgent orders are delayed.


2. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery charges are separate and handled by an external delivery company.

The brand does not operate or directly control delivery services.

Delivery fees must be paid independently by the customer and are non-refundable.


3. Production & Processing Time (Customized / Made-to-Order)

The standard production time for customized or made-to-order abayas is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Production timelines may vary depending on workload, order volume, or operational capacity.

Customers will be notified in case of early completion or any delays.

During pop-ups and exhibitions, delivery timelines are communicated on the spot, and processing times may be longer due to high demand.

All timelines are approximate and may change due to workload, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

The voucher is valid for 3 weeks, and the execution timeline depends on the current workload.

Minor size variations may occur due to handmade tailoring.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse or inappropriate behavior.

The brand is not responsible for any damage once the item has been delivered to the customer.

Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within one month, and the brand reserves the right to offer the item for sale again.


4. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in the case where a completely incorrect abaya has been delivered.

Customized or made-to-order abayas cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges are permitted only if a ready-to-wear alternative is available in stock.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.


5. Alteration Policy

Alterations for ready-to-wear abayas are provided free of charge.

Free alterations are valid within the first three (3) days from the delivery date and before the product tag has been removed.

After one week from delivery, alteration fees will apply.

Customized abayas cannot be returned or refunded, however alterations may be provided if required.


6. Customer Acknowledgment

The brand reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
